Our raffle is fully digital: no physical tickets to fill in or stubs to keep up with. We'll close sales just before the end of the fair and announce winners live on the main stage. Don't worry if you can't be there in person; we'll email you if you're a winner, and you can collect your prize from the school office.

Raffle FAQs

How can I enter the raffle?

Pay securely online via our raffle entry site powered by SumUp, or pay by cash or card at the Tickets & Raffle stall at the fair. Entries cost £1 each.

How will I get my raffle tickets?

All entries are recorded digitally; we don't issue any paper tickets. As soon as you complete your payment you'll receive an automated confirmation email from pta@friendsoftorridon.org that will include your unique entry numbers. If you pay in person at the fair, volunteers will enter your contact details into our raffle site so that your entries will be recorded along with those purchased online.

Will my payment and contact information be secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by SumUp; the PTA never sees or stores your card details. We'll only use your contact details to confirm your entry numbers and to let you know if you're a winner.

Can children enter the raffle?

No, you must be aged 16 or over to enter the raffle. This is in accordance with our Small Society Lottery Licence issued by Lewisham Council, LEW/SSL/200.

Do I need to be present to win?

No! If you are present, you can revel in your glory and collect your prize straight away. Don't worry if you miss it, though — we'll contact you via email if you're a winner and let you know how to claim your prize.

How are winners selected?

We use a cryptographically secure random number generator — the same standard used in banking and security software. With a single click we can generate a complete list of winners and their prizes.
